In April I am running the London Marathon to raise money for the local children's charity Brainwave.
Brainwave works to help children with disabilities by aiming to improve on things like mobility, communication as well as lots of other things to help them achieve a greater independence.
The children they work with have a range of conditions such as cerebral palsy, autism and genetic disorders such as Down's syndrome.
It costs £3,500 to sponsor a child for a years therapy.
Brainwave relies totally on charity donations and doesn't get any government funding, that's why it's so important people dig deep! I have been there myself to see how they work and I can honestly say they are a inspirational charity and I couldn't be more proud to say I'm running for them.
