Updated 22 March 2021

Following the Government’s announcement of their ‘Roadmap out of Lockdown’, we wanted to let you know Brainwave’s plans for our services and activities in the coming weeks.

Therapy assessments

We are delighted to announce that we have returned to face-to-face assessments and our Team has been busy contacting families to rebook appointments. For those families unable to travel to a Centre our virtual therapy service, Brainwave Online, is available too.

Enquire about an assessment by filling out our online Family Enquiry Form.

Watch the video below where Su, Head of Health and Safety, explains the measures we are taking to keep everyone safe in our Brainwave Centres.

Support for families

We know that this continues to be a challenging time, and we encourage families to contact our Family Facilitators with any questions or if you need support:

With the recent closure of our retail shops and restrictions on fundraising, our charity’s finances continue to be significantly impacted. If you can support Brainwave in any way – thank you, it is very much appreciated.

With your support, our team can help children with disabilities continue to make incredible progress. You can read some inspiring stories from families in the digital version of Brainwave News.

Now that the vaccination programme is well underway, there does seem to be light at the end of the tunnel and we hope to see a return to a “new normal” for everyone in the coming months.

Take care, stay safe and we look forward to welcoming you back to our Brainwave Centres, retail shops and fundraising events soon.
