How many people can I have in my team? Expand The team captain can organise/pay for an unlimited amount of people through online ticketing, but on the night, teams must run in groups of no more than 10.
Who can take part? Expand We welcome all those over the age of 18 to take part in the event including individuals, groups small or large! Individuals can be placed in a team if wanted.
How do I pay for places? Expand You can pay online through the registration site where teams can be paid for in advance or individuals can pay themselves. If you would like to pay offline via cash or cheque please contact Lauren on [email protected].
What does being a team captain entail? Expand Each team must have a team captain, they are in charge of setting up their team’s page on the registration site, ensuring their team sign up online before the event and they are the main point of contact for their team.

Can I reserve places? Expand Sorry we do not reserve places, tickets are on a first come first serve basis and are only guaranteed once paid for.
I would like to pay for a team but I don’t know who is taking part yet, is that okay? Expand Yes. Teams can be paid for in advance; your team captain will set up a team page on the registration site that the other team members can access up to 2 days before the event to sign up.
What is included in my ticket price? Expand Your Santa suit (jacket, trousers, hat, belt and a beard), bottle of water, route map, 2 high visibility arm bands, with a drink and medal on completion.
Will my run be timed? Expand Yes, a volunteer will record your start time, then you will be in charge of recording your own finish time, no cheating! You will be sent your final run times the day after the event. Run times usually vary from 25 minutes to 1 ½ hours.
When do I get my Santa Suit? Expand Santa suits will be provided once you register on the night of the event.
I’m not from London, could I get lost on route? Expand We will give you a link to the route on Google Maps prior to the event and we will provide you with a hard copy route map and directions on the night. There will also be stewards situated on route that you can ask for help. Should you need to contact a member of staff then their numbers will be on the route map.
What should I wear? Expand Please come in weather appropriate clothing and comfortable trainers, as we will be going ahead come rain or shine! We have been told that Santa suits do keep you warm so we would advise a thin layer of clothing underneath them.
