The programme itself is designed to be completed 5-6 times per week. It is important to have at least one day off per week and do not do the programme when your child is ill. Where possible, try to make it fun and enjoyable for everyone taking part. We suggest taking a break from the programme for a week or two when you go on your holidays, but remember to get back into your routine when you return.

On paper, the programme will last 20-30 minutes, but it can take a little longer in the beginning as you and the child get used to the exercises and the routine.

You may like to do the programme at a particular time each day when your child is most alert and ready for the exercises.
