Sensory Garden and Play Area

A sensory garden is open in the summer months at the South West Centre. This area allows children and parents the fun of exploring a range of different smells and sights whilst also providing opportunities to challenge the older, more physically able child, with obstacles to stimulate co-ordination and confidence.

The Sensory Garden was constructed by volunteers from GE Sensing of Taunton, who with the support of local suppliers, donated their time and skills to provide this superb facility for the children and families attending the Charity’s South West Centre.
