The Welsh 3000s Challenge 22nd June – 23rd 2013

In order to complete the Welsh 3000s Challenge you are required to have been at the top of all 15 of the mountains over 3000 ft in Wales within the space of 24 hours, without using any form of transport. The length is about 24 miles, with approximately 10,000ft of ascent, but the walks to the start point and down from the finish point can take it to over 30 miles in total. London to Paris 4th – 8th July 2013
Brainwave are marking the centenary year of the Tour De France with their very own London to Paris cycling challenge. Leaving from South London, cyclists will pass the white cliffs of dover, travel along the river Somme before finishing on the outskirts of Paris where they can spend the day celebrating their achievements. An entry fee of £400 covers the costs of shared accommodation, luggage transport, support vehicle, ferry crossing, return by Eurostar and return of bicycle by Luton van.
